To hold now and hand down
Joy Weddings creates fine art wedding albums and archival prints for couples throughout Asheville and the Southeast. Every album is designed together with you, page by page, so it tells your story the way you remember it.
A gallery is wonderful, but digital files are fragile and easy to forget. Hard drives fail, accounts close, and a folder of hundreds of photographs rarely gets opened after the first few months.
A printed album gives your day permanence. It sits on a shelf, ready for the next anniversary, the next visit from family, the next time someone says, "show me your wedding."
Thirty years from now, it may be the only way someone who wasn't there will ever know how your day felt.
Joy brings her eye for your day, and you bring what matters to you. You choose the photographs and shape the pages side by side, so the album feels entirely yours.
Joy understands how your day unfolded. She guides you in telling the whole story, from the quiet morning to the last dance, so the album reads as one day and not a pile of pictures.
Lay-flat pages, archival paper, and covers made to be touched. It's meant to be opened on ordinary evenings, and to look beautiful for generations.

After your gallery arrives, take a few weeks to live with it. Notice which photographs you keep returning to, because those are the ones your album will be built around.
02
This is the fun part. List the moments you can't imagine leaving out, like a quiet glance or your grandmother's laugh. Joy makes her own list, and you bring both to your design session.
03
You and Joy sit down for an album design session. Side by side, you choose the photographs, decide how the story unfolds, and watch your day come together page by page.
04
Your album arrives printed on archival materials and checked by Joy. Sit down with the people you love, and turn the first page together, one memory at a time.
Choose from premium cover materials in a range of colors, each made to feel good in your hands and to age beautifully. Joy shares samples so you can see and touch your options first.
Lay-flat pages let a photograph run across the full spread. Every page is printed on archival paper with inks made to resist fading, so your photographs look the same in thirty years.
Add embossing or foil stamping with your names or wedding date, and consider a keepsake box to protect it. Many couples also order smaller parent albums as a gift for the people who were there.
Prints & wall art
Archival prints, matted and framed, for hallways, bedrooms, and the wall you pass every morning.
Gallery-wrapped canvas for larger photographs, with a soft, modern finish that suits any room.
Luminous, durable pieces for the one photograph you'd like to see every single day.
